THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE BETWEEN THE PUBLISHER AND 2LEEP

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, AS BY USING THIS SITE YOU AGREE TO THEM. 

General

2leep exchange platform, "platform" further allows you, as "publisher" further to participate in traffic exchanges, buy and sell visitors, ad views and various other data.

"Platform" is not responsible for any kind of data loss or damage can be caused by improper use of the platform's technology. "Platform" doesn't guarantee uninterrupted services of any kind.

"Publisher" agrees not to abuse the service, to publish his widgets only on websites he own or legally manage at. 

"Publisher" should provide only the pictures he owns or have the rights to use for. 

"Publisher" should use the descriptions that truly depict the contents of his link.

"Publisher" understands and agrees that he/she is responsible for any information, data, written text, pictures, images, video and other content which he/she publishes on the internet using the "Platform".

"Publisher" agrees to receive email notifications and promotions from the "platform" as long as he stays registered with the "platform".

The "Publisher" agrees and understands that he/she uses the "Platform" at his/her own risk.

"Publisher" agrees not to upload any content that is considered to be illegal or infringing any rights.

The service is provided "AS IS", "Platform" is not liable for any losses or whatsoever that "Publisher" might suffer during using the service.

"Platform" collects the information about your computer and your site's visitors visits to and use of the "Platform" and other sites, including  IP addresses, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, Site navigation. "Platform" can set or read cookies previously set. 

You as "Publisher" allow the platform to collect, market and share with third parties all this data for any purpose, including but not limited better optimization, analytics and commercial use. This helps the "Platform" to provide you the best service we can.

2leep Marketplace

   By agreeing with the following terms and conditions you agree to participate in 2leep marketplace further referred as "marketplace" and 2leep as a "broker".

   You agree that a "broker" has a right to take part of your traffic and try to sell it on the "marketplace". "Broker" has a right to decide itself how much is your traffic worth, how good is the quality and can change its estimate of your traffic at anytime without any prior notice, thus the "broker" can re-evaluate the payment amounts, traffic volumes or anylike at anytime.

  You agree that participating in 2leep marketplaces allows you to earn 2leep credits that later can be paid to you by the "broker" on the conditions and terms solely decided by the "broker".

   "Broker" monitors the traffic all the time and can mark at anytime any traffic as "suspicious" and cease any payments for such a product and apply any size of penalty which would reflect the losses that you might done with the bad quality traffic to the "broker", including a total cancelation of the 2leep credits you have on the balance with "broker".

  Also, upon a request of a third party that acts like a buyer on "marketplace" the "broker" might act samelike as mentioned above upon further investigation, at any time without any prior notice. Third parties can buy any of the information the "broker" has collected from you and/or your sites.

   You agree that all the decisions made by the "broker" are final and are not disputable in any form.  

 "Platform" may temporarily suspend the availability of its services to carry out scheduled hardware and software tests and/or updates (or any other necessary technical tasks), also in case of Force Majeure and any kind of third parties activities that can cause the service interrupted including, but not limited to computer attacks of any kind. The "Publisher" can be sent a notification about the start of such tasks one hour in advance along with information about when the task(s) will be finished if possible.

All legal disputes should be resolved according to the law of Finland in the district court of Helsinki.
